Spring 2026- Biometric Health Screenings

Biometric Health Screenings are completely free for only full-time faculty and staff who are members of the Roar for Wellness Program. These screenings are a valuable benefit- free for you, but comparable services could be very costly at a doctor’s office. Screenings are performed by our trained Kinesiology Graduate Assistants and include:

Blood Pressure
Height/Weight
Waist-Hip Ratio
Blood Lipids (finger prick- must fast for at least 6–12 hours prior to arrival)
Health Risk Appraisal (questionnaire about your lifestyle and family history)
BMI (Body Mass Index
