The University of North Alabama Anderson College of Nursing and Health Professions (ACONHP) Ambassadors serve as the official student representatives for the college. As student representatives, Ambassadors will work closely with ACONHP faculty and staff, as well as members of the community to ensure the advancement of the university.

The Ambassadors for the College of Arts, Sciences, and Engineering at the University of North Alabama actively promote excellence by example. As representatives of the College, the Ambassadors maintain scholarly standards, develop leadership opportunities, and perform selfless acts of service. The Ambassadors coordinate with the Dean's Office to assist with Arts, Sciences, and Engineering events, meetings, and special occasions to connect with students and the community for the advancement of the university.

The purpose of the Freshman Forum is to provide education and leadership opportunities for freshmen at the University of North Alabama. Freshman Forum is the voice of the Freshman class on campus. As Forum members, you will be in charge of planning initiatives for the freshman class and service projects on campus and in the Shoals community.

As official student ambassadors, members of the LaGrange Society perform a vital mission for the University of North Alabama. Working closely with the Office of Admissions, they serve as campus tour guides for prospective students and assist with recruiting events.They also provide support at presidential receptions and many other University-sponsored functions. Further, since the organization is a primary sponsor of the Leo III and Una Fund, its members work to raise support for UNA’s mascots by collecting donations at all UNA home football games.

To enhance the start of your UNA journey, we offer Student Orientation and Academic Readiness (SOAR) to all incoming students. SOAR allows you to learn about the University's services, resources, and involvement opportunities. Information on essentials such as financial aid, parking decals, meal plans, housing, tuition, and more will be provided. SOAR is highly encouraged for all incoming freshmen and transfer students.”

We, the students of the University of North Alabama, in order to responsibly participate in the decision making processes of the University at large; to protect and defend the rights and responsibilities entrusted to the students by the University; to provide for cultural, social, physical, and educational welfare; to foster a spirit of unity among students; to cultivate a better relationship between administration, faculty, and students; and to encourage individual responsibility, by the authority granted to us by the Board of Trustees and University President, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the students of the University of North Alabama.

The University Program Council's mission is to provide student-led programming that supports a vibrant campus experience, values traditions, creates opportunities for all student populations at the University of North Alabama.

The University Program Council consists of 12 paid student members that are passionate about their campus and providing their peers with a quality UNA experience through programs and events.

By being involved in this organization, students have the opportunity to plan and execute a wide array of events. The current positions in the council include:
